1. Turnaround time
Production begins from the time Brisbane CD DVD receives the approved master disc data or physical copy, all approved artwork and payment for the work has been received in full.

2. In-House Duplication Process
2.1 Print: The Brisbane CD DVD commercial in-house duplication process will provide a complimentary single hard photo proof disc print for the client to approve. This will be provided via email in the form of a .jpg photograph. If the client approves this proof as correct and signs off on the production, Brisbane CD DVD will proceed with the full production order.

If the artwork provided to Brisbane CD DVD by the client is incorrect, the client requests new artwork be used or changes made to the original print, a secondary test print will be produced, incurring an additional service fee of $8.00 Inc. GST.

2.2 Data: Brisbane CD DVD recommends that the client burn the ISO or DDP files to a master disc and test the disc by playing it on multiple disc players, ensuring the quality is satisfactory before providing the contents to Brisbane CD DVD for production. It is the sole responsibility of the client to check the ISO or DDP files on the master disc before provided them for production.

Brisbane CD DVD does not check nor alter the contents of the master disc in any way and is not liable if the contents on the master disc is incorrect and then replicated in the copies. A 1:1 mirror copy is completed during production and it is only guaranteed that 99% of modern players/computers will be able to read the copied discs.

2.3 Faults: Brisbane CD DVD will replace any discs or paper parts with a larger than 3mm printed defect if that defect doesn’t appear in the hard or soft proof. Brisbane CD DVD maintains that prints will be 90% accurate to the hard proof.

3. Factory Replication Process
3.1 Print: A complementary soft digital print proof within our template will be provided for the client to check. Brisbane CD DVD is not liable for the output of colour in soft (digital) proofs. It is recommended that client requests a physical print proof of the product be produced to ensure quality of colour before proceeding with the main order. This production fee incurs an additional $200 Inc. GST and will add an additional 7 working day to the turnaround time. This proof will be a 90% accurate colour print representation of the full order. This proof does not include data pressing. If there is paper parts as part of the hard proof, it will be provided as a flat print (scoring, folding and gluing are not included).

4. Replacements
If there is a fault that falls within Terms 2.3 Faults or 3.3 Faults Brisbane CD DVD will honour the replacement of the fault, under the conditions that; (a) the fault is identified and noted with Brisbane CD DVD within 7 days of collection, and (b) the faulty part must be returned to our office before a replacement is provided.

5. Collection
5.1 In-Store Collection: A notification of completion and pick up will be sent once a client’s order is finished. Brisbane CD DVD will store clients’ orders securely for up to 21 days after production completion. If you have not responded to the notification, or fail to collect the items within 7 business days of the first notice, a second notification will be sent regarding the collection of goods.

During in-studio collection of the completed job from Brisbane CD DVD, if the client fails to collect the master disc or USB drive, Brisbane CD DVD takes no liability for damage or loss of the master disc or USB drive. If the client requests the master disc or USB drive to be couriered to the client, this will be at the clients’ expense.

5.2 Holding Goods: If the goods are not collected within the 21 business day’s collection period, a holding fee of $5.00 Inc. GST per day will be incurred that the goods are held. If this lapses over 30 days after the collection due date, the goods will be destroyed at the clients expense.

5.3 Sign Off: Upon in-store collection of goods, the client must check the goods, then acknowledge and sign that the goods are correct as per the order. Once the goods leave the premises Brisbane CD DVD is not liable for any incorrect quantity values or damage sustained.

5.4 Courier and Postage: If the client requests that the goods be couriered, Brisbane CD DVD will check the goods are correct as per the order and arrange for postage. A tracking number will then be provided to the client. Once goods are received by the courier, Brisbane CD DVD is not liable for any incorrect quantity values, damage sustained or loss of goods.

6. Client Supplied Media
If the client supplies media (master disc/s, USB, printed material, etc.) to Brisbane CD DVD for production, and fails to collect the media upon collection of the ordered goods, the media will be returned to the client by courier service at the clients’ expense. If either production doesn’t commence, the client fails to return to collect their supplied media, or request the media be returned to them by couriered mail, the media will be destroyed after 30 days of supply to Brisbane CD DVD. Brisbane CD DVD takes no liability for damage or loss of the supplied media.

7. Media and Advertising
The client agrees to Brisbane CD DVD using their images, both pre and post production, in advertising and media posts, not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and Flickr.

8. Copyright
The client represents and warrants to Brisbane CD DVD that the client is the true and rightful owner of, all material, not limited to names, images and video, or is licensed or otherwise possesses legally enforceable rights to use the registered and unregistered rights, titles, and interests in and to any Australian or foreign trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights or other intellectual property rights relating to the materials provided to Brisbane CD DVD.
